It took us a long time to find a tub that we liked. We came across Badeloft and loved the look of their tubs. Modern, elegant and with a solid look. The customer service we received at Badeloft was outstanding. We were in contact with Tyler many times prior to purchasing our bath tub. He promptly returned calls and answered all our questions. They even stored our tub for some time until we were ready to have it delivered. We love our bath tub! It's beautiful and great for nice long soaks. We have gotten many compliments already. With so many options out there, it's difficult to choose, but we definitely made a good choice. We could not be happier with our product, and the customer service. Thank you Badeloft!

I recently purchased a tub BW-02-M bathtub and freestanding sink from Badeloft. Tyler was extremely professional, courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. When I ended up with a chip in the freestanding sink (through no fault of Badeloft) he was very helpful in providing a solution and sending me a repair kit free of charge. All in all a great experience. I highly recommend the quality of the products and the service provided.
