How long does delivery take, and how does it work?
Most in-stock tubs and sinks ship within a few business days of order. Freestanding bathtubs ship via curbside freight. The carrier calls ahead to schedule a window, and the tub arrives palletized at the end of your driveway or loading area. Smaller items, such as sinks, faucets, and accessories, ship via standard ground. We recommend inspecting the crate at delivery, and our team in California is reachable directly if anything looks off. What is stone resin, and how does it actually compare to acrylic or cast iron?

You’ll want a licensed plumber for the drain and faucet connection, and it’s worth confirming that your subfloor and joists are rated for the tub’s full weight. We publish dry and filled weights on every product page, and the spec sheets are sized for your contractor to work from. For freestanding faucets, plan the rough-in location before tile or flooring goes down. Wall-mount fixtures and sinks follow standard installation procedures that any qualified plumber or contractor will recognize. If you’re partway through framing and want a sanity check on the rough-in, our team can review your plans with you before you commit to anything.
How do I clean and care for a Badeloft tub or sink?
Day to day, a soft cloth and mild soap work, but we recommend our stone resin cleaner that’s formulated to clean our tubs; the non-porous surface releases soap and dirt easily. Skip abrasive pads, scouring powders, and harsh solvents (acetone, paint thinner, concentrated bleach) for deeper cleaning.
