I recently purchased a tub BW-02-M bathtub and freestanding sink from Badeloft. Tyler was extremely professional, courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. When I ended up with a chip in the freestanding sink (through no fault of Badeloft) he was very helpful in providing a solution and sending me a repair kit free of charge. All in all a great experience. I highly recommend the quality of the products and the service provided.

Love my tub!!!! I shopped a lot for tubs. This was "hands down" the best one out there. High quality, great look, great price. You can not ago wrong with this product...

We were building a new home and I was searching for a free standing tub. Badeloft fit my criteria perfectly. I wanted a simple design, solid resin, and a matte finish. It is beautiful and we love it. The service was good, the tub came packaged well, and it is everything I expected.

We found Badeloft on Houzz when planning our master bath remodel and couldn't be happier with our tub and tub filler! The local showroom made it easy to find the perfect size and shape, we couldn't beat the price and quality of the tub, and Tyler was extremely accommodating when our project took a bit longer than originally thought. Friendly and helpful service! I highly recommend Badeloft for any bath remodel.

We bought the Badeloft 02 series tub for our redesigned bathroom. The entire process was very smooth and without a hitch. The material samples were particularly helpful in deciding the look we wanted with the tub. Timing of the shipping was well coordinated by Tyler at Badeloft and the shipping materials were extremely protective of the bathtub.

We love our tub, and Badeloft's shipping and support was top shelf. Far better heat retention than other materials. Style, form & function. Exceptional product. Not on display in many places, so request the paper template for planning your bath space. You will not be disappointed.

I can not say enough good things about Tyler and Badeloft. I purchased this house knowing that I would need to put some money into it and really do an upscale renovation. I know with other flips that if you have an upscale luxury master bathroom it will sell the house. I spent hours researching bathrooms and fixtures and came across Badeloft. I am so glad I did. After seeing their products online and sharing several emails with Tyler, I decided to move forward with the free samples. I received them quickly and was very impressed so I decided to order the free standing tub with faucet and 2 sinks. Tyler made me feel confident and everything he said happened. He was in constant contact with me regarding arrival of the tub, shipping and estimated date of arrival. I never felt like I was bothering him with all my emails and phone calls. He was quick to reply and always helpful. When the crate showed up on delivery day I couldn't wait to open it and see it in person. You always have that fear when ordering online that the real product won't look like the picture. Not with Badeloft. It actually looked better and exceeded my every expectation. It truly WOWED me! And even more so on install day. I can honestly say that these fixtures make the bathroom and everyone who sees it can't believe. I would definitely work with Tyler and Badeloft again and highly recommend them to anyone who appreciates great service and quality fixtures.
