I purchased three faucet sets from Badeloft. They are high quality and attractive. One is in use and functions well. The other two are being roughed in now, and the plumber noticed that some additional adapters would be required. I contacted Badeloft to inquire about the adapters. I'd ordered the faucets over a year ago and wasn't sure they'd be very responsive. The salesman for the original purchase called me back within 10 minutes after sending the email in order to verify my mailing address. The adapters arrived three days later. I was (pleasantly!) shocked at the speed and level of service and told him so.
