Freestanding Bathtub BW-06-XL

The extra-large freestanding bathtub BW-06-XL is a rectangular bathtub with an ergonomic sloped interior ideal for large bathers and master bathrooms. The tub’s interior curves are designed to cradle the body and ease tension and pressure, allowing you to sit back and relax without neck or back pain. While the interior is designed for one bather, the tub is large enough to fit two.

Made from stone resin, the tub has excellent heat retention properties to ensure long, relaxing soaks. It is also highly durable and built to last a lifetime. Badeloft tubs are easy to clean, resistant to damage, and non-porous to protect against humidity. They are made with non-toxic materials. This tub is available in a matte or glossy white finish and can be fitted with a floor-mounted or wall-mounted faucet.

Stone Resin Characteristics:

Similar to Corian, stone resin is a composite of acrylic polymer and natural minerals. It is an ideal material for high quality bath fixtures as the heat retention is amazing. Our products are manufactured to be eco-friendly using non-toxic materials that are safe for our clients. It is 100% non-porous and is unaffected by external forces such as moisture and humidity.

Because of difference characteristics in the matte and glossy finish there can be minimal differences in the sizes.

It was quite the process figuring out which brand tub to go with but we decided to go with Badeloft for a multitude of reasons. The 3 primary reasons are that the tubs are German designed and made, they are made from a stone resin, and the modern look. We had a freestanding tub in our last house which was acrylic and no matter what was done the tub would move if there was no water in it. Badeloft's stone resin is not only beautiful but very heavy which means the tub will NEVER move (problem solved). We went with the matte white rectangular tub and it is simply incredible. The inside has the form of a body so when my wife takes a bath she doesn't sink into the tub. And, the matte white finish is just beautiful while helping tone down the polished tile floors and walls in our bathroom. Planning wise, Badeloft has a slew of resources that make everything truly simple. From samples to the ez-drain and the full scale template, it could not have been easier. Lastly, Tyler helped us from start to finish and always answered every question we had in a prompt manner. He was supportive of our project and helped us with what we needed which was a huge help for us. As a tip to anyone building, we highly advise adding additional structural support under where you place your tub. As previously mentioned, these tubs are heavy and you don't want your floor joists bowing with the weight of the tub, water, and body.

We are so pleased with the bath tub we purchased from Badeloft. (model # BW-06-CUPC). Badeloft was easy to work with and we will definitely shop from them again...

We purchased a rectangular tub for our bathroom renovation. My husband is 6'2" and says that this is the first tub he's been able to stretch out in. It holds heat well and is beautiful. Recommended :)

Tyler at Badeloft was exceptional to work with in every way. The information, tub templates & color samples he sent were very helpful in the decision making process. My Badeloft tub absolutely made my remodel easier and the finished product fabulous!

I teach in a business school and had long heard about companies that "delight" their customers, but I had never understood what was meant until my wife and I worked with Badeloft. We were continually surprised by the quality of the service. More accurately, we continually had the meaning of service quality redefined for us. Tyler was particularly helpful. We now recommend Badeloft to everyone, and we will work with them again should we ever get the chance.
